This two-man army launched in 2020, just as we are faced with uncertainties and restrictions on various levels, and this is how this duo decides to unite creative energies and put a long-awaited wish into practice. On the one hand, this project represents a return to their youthful roots, although they explain that it is important for them to travel new paths and free themselves from the shackles of the past. Thus the circle is completed.
Per Lümbersson is the founder of Aeon of Awareness. His early influences were German bands like Rammstein, Blind Guardian, Kreator, Rage, and Sodom. As an ambitious and passionate musician, he has been traveling and touring with his bands for almost 15 years.
In recent years,
some of its highlights have been concerts such as the RUDE festival (2013),
Metal Frenzy Open Air (2017), Chronical Monsters (2017), Protzen Open Air
(2019) and other German underground festivals. With his old band Bloodland he
opened a show for Six Feet Under in 2017. He also played back-up twice with
Benediction and other big name bands like Madball, Biohazard, Debauchery,
Darkened Nocturn Slaughtercult, Grave, to name just a few.
In August 2020 he became an official Solar Artist, which fills his heart with pride.
Aeon of Awareness
was originally conceived as a solo project. Per's inspiration came from Toumas Saukkonen (Wolfheart's mastermind), who inspired him with his music and the
determination behind it. In the course of the first closing, the time had come
to realize a long-awaited dream and to work with determination on the
development of the project.
Their EP was
released digitally on 04/23/21 on Spotify and other well-known streaming
services like Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer. On August 26,
their second official video for the song "Fort Fortress" was
released, which is part of his EP "Dialogue with the Unconscious".
